Rayee ("we", "us", "our") operates the website rayee.sg and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.   • Worker records (for payroll services): worker name, NRIC/FIN (where required for payroll), bank account details, employment records.
  • GPS and time-tracking data: worker location during clock-in/out, accuracy readings, and job-site fence coordinates.
  • Usage data: logins, pages visited, actions performed in our admin console.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Process payroll and deliver payslips via WhatsApp.
  • Verify worker attendance and compute work hours.
  • Send service notifications, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Comply with legal obligations under Singapore law (e.g. employment, tax, PDPA).

4. PDPA Compliance

In line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, we:

  • Obtain consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal data (except where exempted by law).
  • Allow data subjects to access and correct their personal data on request.
  • Protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements.
  • Retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

Personal data is stored on secure servers located in Singapore. We use TLS encryption in transit and AES encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel under role-based access controls. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain an incident response plan.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API for payslip delivery), Supabase (database), the Singapore VPS hosting provider that hosts our application and database — all bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities: when required by Singapore law or valid legal process.

Under PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we hold.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for data use (subject to legal obligations).
  • Request deletion of your personal data, where applicable.
